- Express Delivery (USA): For orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday), we offer 2-3 business day delivery. While we strive for timely shipping, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may impact this schedule.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package. Additionally, our shipping partners (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) may send status updates via email and SMS to keep you informed every step of the way.
Modifications & Order Cancellations
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at info@juwelena.com. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed beyond this window as the order may already be in fulfillment.
